Pet Adoption Assistance

Ready to welcome a pet into your home, but need help with the adoption fee?

The Lucky’s Dog Walks Pet Adoption Assistance Fund helps make adoption more accessible by providing financial assistance toward pet adoption fees, subject to available funding.

To request assistance, complete the form below with information about the pet you hope to adopt, the shelter or rescue caring for them, and the amount of help you need.

Submitting a request does not guarantee funding or adoption approval. Adoption decisions remain with the shelter or rescue.
