Supporting Local Pets One Snack at a Time

When it comes to Lucky's Dog Walks, I'm always looking for ways to support the pets and organizations that make our community better. That's why I'm excited to share that 10% of sales from my vending machines are being donated as part of an ongoing Heartland Humane Society Fundraiser, right here in Ottumwa.

Where You Can Find the Machines

Shiki Hibachi Sushi

If you're stopping by Shiki for lunch or dinner, you'll find one of my candy machines available for a quick sweet treat. Every purchase helps support local shelter pets while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ottumwa Family Animal Care

The HaHa AI smart vending machine located in the waiting room at Ottumwa Family Animal Care offers convenient snacks and drinks for clients and visitors. Whether you're waiting for an appointment or stopping by to pick up supplies, you can grab a snack and help animals in need at the same time.

Heartland Humane Society Fundraiser

Heartland Humane Society is home to both a snack machine and a drink machine, located in the breakroom, providing visitors, volunteers, and adopters with refreshments while directly supporting the shelter's mission.

Giving Back to Shelter Pets

Heartland Humane Society and their employees + volunteers work tirelessly to provide care, shelter, and second chances for homeless pets in our area. Through adoptions, medical care, enrichment, and community support, they help countless animals find loving homes.

By donating 10% of vending machine sales, every soda, snack, or piece of candy purchased contributes to helping local dogs and cats receive the care they deserve.

A Small Purchase That Makes a Difference

One of the things I love most about this project is how simple it is. You don't have to make a large donation to help. Something as small as buying a drink while you're out running errands can contribute to supporting shelter animals.

As these machines continue to grow, so will the donations going back to Heartland Humane Society.
